How do I become a Merits member?

To become a Merits member, simply download the app for free from Google Play or the App Store. Then, create an account by entering your personal information, or by signing up with Facebook. That’s all you have to do to start enjoying Merits!

Can I collect merit points when I am offline?

Yes, you can collect merit points when you are offline. You will not be notified instantly; instead, you’ll receive the notification once you are connected to the internet.

I forgot my password: what do I do?

If you forgot your password, click on “Forgot my password” in the app, and a link to reset your password will be sent to your email. Click on the link, reset your password and log on to your account using your new password.

How do I earn merits?

Earning merits is easy! You earn merits every time you shop at a store that has a Merits loyalty program. To collect merits, visit the store, check in, and make your purchase! You will immediately be credited merits according to the store’s loyalty plan, and receive a notification telling you how many merit points you’ve earned.

I changed my phone, did I lose my merits?

No, you don’t lose your merits when you change your phone! Your points are linked to your Merits account, not to your phone, so no problem there.

How do I contact support when I need help?

To contact support from the app, go to “Menu”, then to “About us”, and press on “Contact us” to send us an email. You can also visit our website and chat with our online representatives!
